Welcome to WOJE, where our dedicated team of 10 permanent staff at our headquarters in Juba is committed to providing technical support to our field level staff and volunteers in various field offices across the region. Our team is comprised of both national and international members, each with specialized training and expertise in project design and implementation across different sectors.
WOJE, we have a gender specialist who ensures gender mainstreaming and women empowerment, an agronomist who handles the FSL sector, and a professional accountant with over 5 years of hands-on experience. Our partnership officer brings over 10 years of marketing experience, while our program manager has over 6 years of expertise in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to donors.
